If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you as 3 levels of stairs & shower is raised at least a foot off ground with a squeeze to get in & out. No guest info book so not able to connect to Wifi without contacting host. Same for operating appliances especially oven. A plus is the great location.

Stairs are mentioned in the listing :) I provide wifi details and I am available for assistance with the appliances (Notting Hill is quite a foodie neighbourhood so few guests cook and we provided a microwave just in case you need to warm up meals) sorry if the oven was complicated to operate ...

Great place and location. We had a wonderful trip. Could not be more central to notting hill. Great spot near by including pub and breakfast spots. Mikes for breakfast was wonderful - Across the street from the book store. Thank you.

So accessible to all we wanted!

Perfect location to shops, Hyde park and Notting hill gate tube station AND all the restaurants/ cafes. Loved the roof top terrace as the weather was divine

Perfect location in Notting Hill

This was the best location to easily explore neighborhoods and all the sites in London. The place was as advertised. I didn’t find the noise bothersome from market. The owners have done a good job mitigating that. I would highly recommend as it’s an easy walk to either Ladbroke or Notting Hill tube stations which take you into the city.

Very loud area, very Noise Market in front of house

Property is well managed, but we heard everything like no windows. Sleeping after 6 am is not possible. There is a market directly in front of flat.

As explained in the listing 1 of the 2 bedrooms faces Portobello Road, for light sleepers please bring earplugs :)

Flat in Notting Hill

Sole was great and at the property when we arrived. The flat was beautiful. It's located on Portobello Rd. There is a market there everyday except for Sunday. There is a little noise in the morning but we encountered more noise from people on Friday and Saturday night. The closet tube station is Ladbrooke Grove. Our google directions kept sending us to Notting Hill station and that was a long walk up hills. FYI. We were able to figure out the washer but the dryer wouldn't work. It could have been user error. Luckily there was a drying rack which we used. Our only issue was that the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise we loved the flat. It was very large and the outdoor space was very nice. It is in a great location to restaurants and shops. A bit of a trek to central London though. We used the tube and Ubers.

Notting Hill gate is around 10 min walking Washer and dryer working fine + there is a rack Mattress I never had complaints - we have all different taste about firmness :)
