It enjoys a prime location between the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atlantic Coast beaches, and the pretty Saint-Jaques Port. This coast is popular among hikers with sheltered coves, fish, restaurants, seafood, and fishing...

What makes this property unique

This pleasant single-family house is close to the beaches, the shops, and Saint-Jaques Harbour. This is perfect place for holidays with friends or up to 2 families.
Set on a cul-de-sac, there is a large parking area and an enclosed garden for children's safety. You can relax on the sun loungers. Enjoy barbecues out on the vast terrace with its own BBQ. You can leave your car parked safe; you won't need to get to the shops nor the beach. There are many hiking trails. In the summer, there is a large Monday market. Kerfontaine Beach is known for fishing from the shore.
