About this property

Apartamento Zaragoza Centro

Our apartment is totally independent, NEW, with elevator, heating and air conditioning. On a residential street, zero noise.

- There’s 2 rooms with a double bed of 1.60 × 2 meters.
- There’s 2 rooms with a single bed of 1.05× 2 meters.
-Entrance with Shoe rack & cloakroom
- An open living room/kitchen in which we will find all the appliances of a 21st century home.

All rooms have sockets for mobile phone chargers.
The living room has a 55" TV with sound bar and USB sockets for charging mobile phones.
The bedrooms have reading lamps
The bathroom has a beautiful, spacious, anti-slip stone shower tray.
The toilet is equipped with a quick flushing system with a hose with water jets for both men and women.

The building is on a residential street where there are no noises that could disturb our rest. All rooms are very bright and have New Climalit Windows with double glazing and blinds.

    Les photos ne correspondaient pas a l'appartement que nous avons eu. Pas sur que nous aurions loué celui ci, peu lumineux et un peu oppressant, avec un long couloir et des pieces un peu justes pour 8 personnes. Petit couac egalement a l'arrivee, mais resolu rapidement. Malgré tout l'appartement etait propre et tous les équipements (cuisine, frigo, clim, douche, etc...) etaient basiques mais fonctionnels. L'emplacement est bon, car situe pres du palais de l'Alfajeria, et en plein coeur d'un quartier plein de commerces et de bars.
