The apartment, designed with style in every little detail, features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and everything needed for cooking, a comfortable living room with dining room with flat screen TV, a large bedroom double with walk-in closet. Second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, single bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. Second bathroom. Study/relaxation room. The apartment has a private garage connected to the apartment suitable for motorbikes, bicycles or small cars. You will also have at your disposal a beautiful private garden where you can stay after a long day spent visiting all the beauties of the city. Finally, the apartment is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board to have your clothes in perfect order even on vacation!

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful property and host. We stayed for 3 weeks in Florence, it is located in a nice quiet area, close to everything. The apartment was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there. Will rent again.

This apartment is not just beautiful but also very comfortable to stay in. Everything was spotless and clean and the garden is the cherry on the cake.The location is awesome as well, in a lovely neighbourhood a bit away from the hectic city center, yet everything on walking distance. There are many great cafes and restaurants very close by the house. I want to come back to Florence because a few days is definitely not enough to explore this amazing city and when i do, i will try to book this place again!

Mosquitos problem

The company wanted us to clean and replace the dishes, and there were mosquitos in the apartment. One room was without AC.

Check-in process was irritating but the payoff came when we finally arrived...

I was hesitant that the photos were too good to be true. And there were no reviews of this newly remodeled unit. At check in I learned it was run but a property mgmt company which meant we had zero communication from the time I rented it up until about 12 hrs before check in. It would have made it much easier on me to have details days in advance. Had to upload passports photos, enter all of our guest info, learn key codes while navigating the trains to Florence. That put a damper on the start. Really angered me. But on arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the brand new, modern, comfortable apartment with a huge beautiful private courtyard. A/C worked perfect in every room. Had more amenities than we needed. On a quiet street. Now that I have gone through the entire I would still rent it again. Property manager was always available on WhatsApp, even helped us try to find a taxi to airport which is extremely difficult in the summer months. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Only negative is the flooring must be installed directly on concrete because it squeaks throughout the unit with every foot step
