Beautiful Victorian apartment located 4 minute walk from the beach and a 4 minute walk from the town.

Sleeps five people and accompanied with a fabulous island in the kitchen for family meals. A big American fridge/freezer. Do make a Sainsbury food order to deliver while you are here to save on travelling with food/drinks. We are also just a 3 minute walk to a Tesco express and town is just a 4 minute walk for anything you may need.

The BIC, Bournemouth international center is just a 10 minute walk away.

Bournemouth airport is a 13 minute taxi away.

The Boho apartment sleeps 5 guests -A super king size bed, a double and an airbed which can be set up in the lounge
I do have hotel rooms and another apartment just a few buildings away. If you need more rooms, do send me a mail and I will put together a comfortable solution for you.

Please leave the kitchen as found clearing away any dirty dishes. Remove rubbish to large bins out the front of building Lights out

Do message to let us know when vacated. If you wish for earlier checkin, later checkout. Do book with Chanine do I can organise housekeepers accordingly. We charge £10 per hour.

Hi all,
I’ve been a host for 8 years now renting out hotel rooms and several appartments which are all walking distance to the beach. I’m well travelled and love renovation work. Restoring Victorian buildings and keeping the character.
When the Boho was built 180 years ago, this building had no electricity and heat was from the fires. This huge building of 4 floors had one toilet for the whole building. Which I have kept the room.
Back then the toilet was outside the building. So I moved the front door here at the Boho apartment and kept the toilet room, still the original toilet door and tiles. So this is enclosed in the apartment t. It’s history and fabulous as I believe this is the only original toilet room left on the street.
180 years of history going strong.

I’ve hired the ceilings, removed some walls and opened up a lovely beach apartment.
I hope you enjoy.
