Located in the heart of Vouliagmeni in a quiet neighborhood, our fully renovated holiday apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area for 4 persons.
The apartment is on the ground level and the garden front of it is ideal for summer relax.
In a distance of 100m you can get to Vouliagmeni center and in 150m to the beach.
*Rate includes free Internet Access, VAT & all Taxes except for the Climate Resilience Tax.

**A Climate Resilience Tax of 8.00 eur per room, per night from April to October (2.00 eur per room, per night from November to March) is not included in the rate and it is payable to the property upon arrival.

Very clean place. Conveniently located for a nice beach get away. The part we didn’t like was walking back up the hill when coming back to the room. But that’s just how it is. Bed were kind of hard too but couch in living room was comfortable to sleep on. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond in the phone.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with amazing view to the sea, but so close to the center. In 150m from the apartment guests can find cafe bars, restaurants, waffles and ice cream. Sandy beaches, organized or not are only 300m away. And lake Vouliagmeni is just 700 m away.

Our apartment has been fully renovated. You may find a queen size double bed into the main bedroom, two single beds into the second bedroom, as well as a sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee facilities and a dining table indoors and outdoors offers extra comfort.
There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom, as well as a washing machine.
Our garden is equipped with outdoor furniture.
