Immerse yourself in the peaceful beauty of Alaska surrounded by old growth hemlock trees and mountain views yet only minutes (by car) to the Seward Small Boat Harbor and Downtown. This is a perfect location and set up for people either traveling as a group or traveling independently. Each Suite is completely separate from one another with their own private entrance yet right next door to someone who you might be traveling with. Everything from the dishes to the furniture is Brand NEW!! This Suite is equipped with a full size kitchen with every appliance, one full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, one queen size bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. This Suite shares a common Laundry Area with the Alpine Suite. This laundry area is a designated Laundry Room in between the bottom two Suites and has two sets of Washers and Dryers for your convenient use. You will enjoy the comfort of this Suite while feeling the true Alaskan experience surrounded by nature yet only minutes (by car) from town.

Simple, Functional and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to Seward to be very convenient but just far enough away for quiet evenings. Had a cow and 2 calves in the parking lot our first morning which was so cool to watch while sipping coffee. This place has everything you need for a comfortable place to retreat to while on your vacation. Highly recommend!

Good customer service is a high priority for us and the owner of this property definitely provides that. Easy to contact unlike so many rental agencies. Place was ideally located to do glacier boat tours and visiting and hiking in Kenai Fjords National Park and Exit Glacier. Property is well managed and owner/manager was responsive and available. Getting to the place was made easy by the directions given by the manager. We were all excited to see mama and baby moose grazing the property early morning which made our day. I strongly recommend this property for future renters. We had a blast. Only gripe would be the internet speed may be due to the location but that didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great experience for us.

Overall a great location and stay. Incredible location if you have a rental car or transportation. Close enough to all attractions and far enough away for quiet. It is practically brand new so everything from working modern appliances to reliable laundry facilities are present. This would be an ideal location for a multi generation family or a group trip because there are just a handful of units at the location and they are all separate - so rent a few if you can. I recommend this location if you have a small family, want privacy, have transportation, want to be centrally located, and appreciate hosts who pay attention to the details. The driveway is gravel and slightly sloped however there is a generously wide and long accessibility ramp. I wish I took photos- it was better than that so I took videos.

Loved the property, huge plus that they allow guests to leave things fir future guests like ketchup and mustard. Thank you for the coffee and filter! Kristi was available all the time and exchanged money for laundry quarters and helped when the dryer acted up!

It was perfect for our two families, with a large common area for together time and two separate bedrooms. There were lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen so that it was easy to run down to Safeway and pick up groceries to have a lovely breakfast. Kristy was very gracious and responsive when one member in our party got sick. I emailed her through the Vrbo site to ask if it was possible to check in early. She responded right away and we were able to check in at about 2 pm. Only 4 stars because it is a $25 taxi ride out of town and there is no view at all from the unit as it is in the woods.But overall a very nice stay.
