We had alot of difficulty in getting information about actually getting into the property. The Hosts agent was far from good with getting information to us and left us 'hanging around' uneccessarily. When we did eventually get into the property we found the cleaniness was not too good. For example, my feet were hot and I removed my shoes, it wasn't long before my socks were black on the soles from the dirty floor. The balcony table and floors were covered in bird poo, not very nice if you want to eat out there. The bath towels were old and very thin and really need replacing. The toilet seat was loose on one end and kept sliding out of the bracket, The waste bin was very dirty, mainly on the outside. The cleaning items i.e. sweeping brush was very dirty as was a mop which also had no mop bucket ? On the plus side, the bathroom was very adequote and clean. 100% of apartments we have rented over the years have had a TV with satellite tv or IPTV to enable the renters of most languages to access home programmes in their own language. There was no satellite or IPTV. As it happened I did ask the host a few days before arrival and ended up taking my own set top IPTV box to use, this simply plugs into the HDMI socket log into the wifi.. Total cost when i bought it was appx. 5o for STBox and 50 for 12 months IPTV. As the apartment cost was very high for little features this would increase the appeal to future renters im sure. last rental half cost of this WITH a pool.

We have reviewed our check-in process so that guests receive clear access instructions well before arrival. About cleanliness: after your complaints, our cleaning team went to the apartment during your stay to check it. They did not find the issues described. Cleaning equipment was also available in the apartment for guests to use during their stay. About the TV: the apartment has a Smart TV. Most of our guests simply log in to their own streaming accounts to watch programmes in their language. An IPTV device was never needed, and nobody asked you to buy one. We're glad you found the bathroom clean and comfortable. We take all feedback seriously and keep working to improve our guests' experience. Kind regards,
