Villa Martina was amazing - we enjoyed every minute of the week we spent there. We were a large party (17 people), but the villa was comfortable even for such a big group. The house is like new, in perfect repair (no issues), and spotlessly clean. The booking photos don't really do it justice; the property is idyllic. Luca and Matteo were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to questions we had and assisting us with planning. Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely choose it again.

Incredible Villa

Villa Martina was the perfect place for our family stay in July. The views of Lake Como are absolutely stunning and having a private boat dock out back made it even more special. The villa is spacious with multiple suites on different levels, giving everyone room to relax. We loved that there were great restaurants just a short walk away. A truly amazing experience from start to finish.

Luxury villa on Lake Como

The pictures online of this Villa do not do it justice. This villa is spectacular! It has so much space and yet at the same time privacy for your large group. Every floor could be its own apartment. There is a commercial kitchen downstairs which can be used for yourself or a private chef. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. They were very responsive both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property for a relaxing vacation .

Villa Martina is spectacular. The pictures don't do it justice. The first floor is much bigger and more spacious than the pictures show. There is a professional kitchen which is not shown in the pictures also.The owners were very communicative throughout the process and are genuinely good people. Matteo in particular was genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay and was very attentive. They were also very helpful in giving us options re various individuals to provide services during our stay. Each recommendation was great and they were all very fair and professional people.We had a small wedding on the property and given the view and the layout it was perfect for the event. The grass area with the plant trellis was an excellent spot for the ceremony. It provides a lot of decorating opportunities and is very intimate. We had 15 guests and the couples and individual guests each had their own bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. There are lounge areas on the third and fourth floor that give the guests areas to relax in multiple places in the house. The elevator provided guests on the top floors with an easy way to get their luggage to their room.The outside is also spectacular. The pool, boat doc, and shaded sitting areas make for a wonderful experience. The places is laid out for an indoor, indoor/outdoor or completely outdoor weddings or gatherings. We had formal sit down meals indoors and outdoors during our stay.Perfect villa!
