Beautiful, Well-Maintained Villa with Every Amenity You Need - Just minutes from Lisbon

Owner-Pride is abundantly clear at Villa Alfazema IV. Our experience was enhanced by high-end appliances, convenient fixtures/features, and high-tech controls. The pool and garden are so well kept that you'll likely encounter the maintenance teams during your stay (a plus in my opinion). 27/09/25 Villa Alfazema is a bit difficult to find and Beach is not easily accessible by foot. This is honestly the only thing I would rank below 5/5

This villa is amazing and exactly like the photos. Modern and clean with high spec amenities. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with lots of space. Everything was great! A little hard for Ubers to find but nothing major and worth the compromise for such a lovely accommodation. Filipa the house manager was great at communicating and had speedy responses, super helpful! We were able to check in a little early which was fab. Would certainly recommend and book again. 9/06/25

Literally everything including the lovely welcome pack. A gorgeous, clean, modern, villa with great facilities. Great to have a supply of hand soap and toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, sponges and bin bags. Would definitely recommend 30/08/25 A few minor things would make it easier for a large group such as more of the large ceramic cups with easy to hold handles. More spoons and cutlery in general would be helpful. The sunbeds were cracked which made us worried we would go through them when you get on and off! A tumble dryer would be useful for cooler days.

Magnificent modern villa

The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The house is very spacious and also outside there is plenty of room on the terrace and in the garden. The surroundings are very quiet and closeby there nice beaches with plenty of beach bars. We had a wonderful time! Special thanks to Filipa for her support before and during our stay. 15/09/24 Most of the sunbeds were broken. Not to an extent they ould not be used anymore, but still they need to be replaced. There were only 3 wine glasses, which is not enough for a group of 6 adults The outdoor BBQ is of very poor quality, the grid cannot be secured safely.

À fuir!! Vacances gâchées. Premier jour arrivé personne n’est là pour vous accueillir, vous n’avez qu’un interlocuteur par téléphone. vous devez vous débrouiller à récupérer les clés de la villa. L’intérieur et l’extérieur de la villa n’était pas propre. Piscine inutilisable pendant toute la semaine car problème de filtration et mauvais entretien de la piscine. Eau trouble et verte. Après avoir signalé le problème on vous demande d’envoyer des photos et mail et le problème de la piscine à été résolu que le dernier jour de notre location. Donc nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine de la semaine. Ne pensez même pas à vous reposer, tous les jours à partir de 8h00 nous étions réveillé par les tronçonneuses, tondeuse et autres travaux dans le domaine. La literie est très mauvaise impossible de faire une bonne nuit. J’ai voulu faire plaisir à ma famille en louant cette villa. je suis très déçu car les prestations ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Le prix de cette villa est juste exorbitant et ne vaut pas du tout ce prix.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Inside the resort guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a shopping mall, bars, snack-bars, and restaurants.
Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 2 km from the resort, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km from the resort there is a wide range of beach bars that by nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
