This duplex embraces its stunning coastal setting, with sun and ocean vistas filling every room. You will be booking one side of the duplex, Unit 1, a private 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome designed for the ultimate beach experience.

Second Level: The main living area features an open kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a full bathroom. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beach house is ideal for anyone who wants to stay directly on the beach. The property is very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The only thing you need to know is that you must be able to climb 3 steep flights of stairs from the ground floor to the bedrooms (the living area and kitchen are on the floor between ground and the bedroom level). If you are unable to do that, this is not the property for you.

Great location in Clearwater, walkable to tons of restaurants, shops and the Pier. We saw dolphins right off the beach in front of the house. Morning coffee and sunset drinks on the patio were amazing. It's busier right around the house than anticipated (the few houses there are set very close to one another and there are condos everywhere) but having our own space was really great. Highly recommend.

Our stay was really good. If I had to say anything maybe leave a dishwasher pod so upon leaving, we could start the dishwasher. Location and view were amazing. We really liked being able to walk out to the beach, unlike a condo with elevators.
