Villa Boa Vida is an elegant and welcoming property, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, ideal for gathering with family or friends.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds en suite with shower and one double bedroom en suite with shower. There is also a guest WC for added convenience.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing easy meal preparation and enjoyable time at home.



Outside, the villa features a solar-heated pool, jacuzzi (extra cost), barbecue area and outdoor dining space, perfect for relaxing and socializing.



Located in a quiet area, Villa Boa Vida provides easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops, making it ideal for a relaxing Algarve holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Holiday Spot

Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved the peaceful outdoor area, especially the jacuzzi, and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The boat tour arranged by the team was a wonderful extra that made our holiday even better.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The villa was comfortable, bright and perfect for unwinding. The outdoor area with the heated pool was lovely, and booking an airport transfer through the team made everything so smooth. Highly recommended.

Be careful before you sign up for the jacuzzi use. We had a terrible experience dealing with the agent, Algarve Vacation. They charged182 euro for 7 days of jacuzzi use, but the cleaning person showed up a day and a half late. Although the jacuzzi hasn't been used for a while, he did not replace the water, just took out leaves and put tones of chemicals. After two days gone by, the jacuzzi was not usable because it still had dirt, slimy and smelly. We asked for the refund, but the agent refused. The location of this villa was pretty dull, just residential with some constructions and nothing much in the area compare to the other villas we stayed - Vilamoura, Lagos and Vale do Lobo area.

Villa Boa Vida

Villa Boa Vida is an amazing place to stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The view and pool are fantastic. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and town, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed sunsets on the roof in the hot tub. Communication with the agent was excellent, with special mention to Olivia, who was extremely helpful.

Beautiful Villa near to everything

This house was PERFECT - 4 couples and 1 child, each had their own room with en suite bathroom. If we had to arrange another family holiday in the future we would absolutely come back here! Absolutely Perfect

We couldn't fault this villa, it's absolutely stunning inside and out. We had the best time, lots of space for everyone and having an ensuite in each bedroom was a huge bonus. The management team were excellent at communicating, especially Olivia, always helpful. Thanks Olivia for making our holiday stress free. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back. Nothing to improve, perfect from start to finish.

Very nice but a couple of things would have made stay more enjoyable. We all needed to be careful going up and down stairs as steps all blended together and sometimes difficult to see. Lots of wine glasses but not enough water/drinking glasses. No pot holders. Dishwasher door was difficult to open ended needing a repairman to fix. Hottub wasn't always at proper temperature and patio/pool furniture layout meant stepping over corners of the pool to get around furniture. Constant Miscommunication

The house itself was good, albeit they cut corners on some things that could have made it more comfortable. There was also funky design decisions (the showers overflowed the bathrooms, the tile was incredibly slick which made kids and even adults walking around wet from pool or hot tub anxiety provoking.) They tried to get more money out of us at every opportunity. Extra beds for our kids were extra money, but they never even arrived even though I have emails saying they would be included. The hot tub was an extra charge, even though it is listed as an amenity. They did not stock any staples like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc, so we had to take time to stock these items. We booked a private chef for our first night who never arrived. So after 24+ hours of travel with 4 young children we were scrambling to get dinner. Apparently the individual was in the hospital, and we truly hope they are ok. But there was no notification until we reached out to ask when they were arriving (an hour after they were supposed to), and the customer service was hardly apologetic, just offered us 50% off at a restaurant they also own and they push at every opportunity. The propane for the BBQ was empty which spoiled another meal we had planned. We had a wonderful trip because we were with dear friends and the area is great however I cannot recommend this house or the service that manages it. The running joke of the trip was how poor the customer service was.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Villa ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und architektonisch hervorragend gestaltet – sowohl in Bezug auf den Grundriss als auch auf die Aufteilung der Bäder.Es gibt jedoch einige Punkte, die wir erwähnen möchten:Anreise: Der auf Google Maps angegebene Standort führt nicht direkt zur Villa, da diese neuen Häuser dort noch nicht verzeichnet sind. Man muss die Adresse selbst finden.Ausstattung & Informationen: Das Haus war sehr sauber, jedoch gab es außer dem WLAN-Code und einer Beschreibung zur Nutzung der Dunstabzugshaube und des Ofens keine weiteren Anleitungen für die Technik oder eine Übersicht über das vorhandene Geschirr.Küche: Alle Küchenschranktüren öffnen sich per Druckmechanismus, der offenbar nicht mehr optimal funktioniert – zum Öffnen und Schließen muss man oft mehrmals drücken. Das dunkle, matte Material der unteren Fronten ist sehr empfindlich: Jede Berührung hinterlässt sichtbare Spuren, was schnell unordentlich wirkt.Reparaturen während des Aufenthalts:Der Grill funktionierte zunächst nicht, wurde jedoch nach einem Servicetermin repariert.Der Abwasserschlauch der Außenspüle hatte Löcher und wurde ersetzt.Außenbeleuchtung: Einige Lampen waren defekt. Ein Monteur kam, fuhr los, um neue Lampen zu holen, kehrte aber leider nicht zurück.Grundausstattung: In einer hochwertigen Villa würden wir erwarten, dass grundlegende Dinge vorhanden sind.
