Lakefront Home with Private Dock and Outdoor Fireplace

Lake Marion is one of the best kept secrets in South Carolina. A great vacation spot for family and friends. Lake Marion is known for the best fishing in SC. It is home to huge catfish, largemouth bass, striped bass, crappie, bream and more. Plan a visit to fish, golf or relax.
This home sleeps 14 with ample space to enjoy family and friends (maximum amount of children is set to 6) All about relaxing & having fun! LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Each bed has a mattress pad, bedspread/comforter, and pillows.
5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The floor plan includes 2 king bedrooms with full bath, 2 queen bedrooms, Large room with 1 Bunk Bed with trundle, 1 daybed and 2 single beds. Sunroom has a daybed for sitting and can sleep 1 (Bedsheets and towels are not provided). The Living area has two sofas and 1 recliner equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku to stream your own streaming service. Dining table seats 6, counter seats 4 and sunroom seats 4. The kitchen is fully furnished, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pot, pans, plates, and all cooking utensils. There is a washer and dryer for use during your stay (detergent not included). Roku TV is located in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is a large yard that leads down to the private pier where your boat can be docked during your stay. Sit out on the patio area with a fireplace to enjoy an evening by the fire with outstanding water views.
Taw Caw Boat Ramp is around the corner. You can see it from the dock.
There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and boat trailers.

There are NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING inside the home.

Located just off Interstate 95. About an hour and a half north of Charleston.
There are nearby golf courses to make a great golfing and fishing getaway!

Great Place!

The property was exactly what is shown in the listing. Great views very nice home and plenty of room. Other than those couple of small issues that the property manager rectified very quickly it was a great stay, and would go there again.

Family Fishing trip

The house and property was beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We spent our week fishing on the dock. The only thing i would change if i could would have been the weather. It was sunny, dry, and cold.

Very nice

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the lake. Spacious house with lot of natural light and comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor fireplace area is also very delightful. We enjoyed very much watching hundreds of birds that came to the lake every morning, an amazing spectacle. We would love to come back again.

Thanksgiving/USC visit with niece

What a wonderful home to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. We were also here to visit our niece who is a student at U of SC in Columbia. The pictures of the home don’t do it justice, It is a beautiful, welcoming home on the lake. Everything you would have in your home was here. The owner was so lovely and accommodating ,promptly answered several questions prior to our arrival and there was so much information in a notebook at the house that answered any questions you might have during your stay. The house is warm, inviting and serene. It is the perfect home to enjoy our time together as a family,

This home is by far the best! It was so clean and spacious! The decor was amazing! The dock and lake were perfect for the kids for swimming. Beware of ants and mosquitoes, especially at night. I’m sure we will try to arrange another stay here!! Loved it!!!

This house makes you feel like you were at home. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The layout was superb for the way we travel with family, friends, and children.

Very cozy lake house that was perfect for a group of a dozen guys. Great outdoor area with a grill, a dock that has above average fishing, and the place is not too far away from golf courses in the area too. Couldn’t recommend this house enough to anybody wanting a getaway at the lake

Great Property with Excellent Accommodations and Amazing View

I wanted a neutral place near Sumter/Manning for my family to spend time together for Christmas. The age range of the principal family members is 60 to 96 years old - not the easiest group to please when it comes to being away from the comforts of their own home. In this case, everyone was so pleased with the accommodations. There was ample space to prepare and serve dinner. We were very pleased with the sleeping and bathroom accommodations as well. There was even a first floor master bedroom with a master bath, which was perfect for my sister-in-law who is unable to climb stairs. If it were not for that first floor master, she and my brother might not have been able to share Christmas with the rest of the family. Though we came prepared with cooking and serving equipment, the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. Overall, everyone was extremely pleased with the property and we look forward to another gathering when the weather gets warmer. My only constructive feedback is to consider adding an accessibility ramp for accessible entry, but even if not, our family enjoyed it enough that we'll improvise.

Beautiful lake view private

Had a great time. House was perfect for size of my group. Accommodations were perfect for a bunch of contractors who also fish. I wish it had a fish cleaning station on the dock.

Girls Golf Weekend - Fantastic!!

Sprawling and comfortable - with every amenity! Check-in process was super easy, very gracious host. Anything we needed, it was there! Cabinets and light switches are labeled. Ample parking. Spaces large enough for friends to gather. Some people in our group want to book this property to bring their families. We would definitely book and recommend this property!

Big Fish House

Amazing home I had family visiting from the UK and wanted to do something fun with everyone. This house was it, there was plenty of space for 13 of us comfortably. The kids loved being in the water. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.

Yearly fishing trip

We came to Santee Cooper to bass fish. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all the boats and trucks there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and sleep. We would definitely rent this house again. Owner was very responsive for anything we needed.

Great Golf Trip

This was a beautiful house with the perfect location. Great sunrises over the lake each morning and sunsets in the evening. Perfect distance to and from several golf courses in the area. Definitely will book this same hose again.

Wonderful lake house

we were looking for a house on Lake Marion for a family get together. We wanted access to the lake and golf. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home not a hotel or condo. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Golf at Santee National or Wyboo highly recommended. Don't forget to book a wildlife boat tour with Peggy at Santee boat rental! Excellent overall
