Un très bon emplacement d'une belle maison de vacances
La maison est parfaitement située proche du passage maritime et à 10 min du vieil Escala.
On a vraiment le sentiment d'être dans une maison de vacances autant par l'aménagement que par la décoration.
Literie haut de gamme dans plusieurs chambres, c'est très bien.
Faire installer la clim ! Il fait excessivement chaud, surtout dans le salon. La présence de ventilateurs est obligatoire mais pas suffisante.

Villa très bien située
6ème séjour à l'Escala, c'est la maison la mieux située que nous ayons eu. Passage maritime à 3 mn à pied, le vieil Escala seulement à 12 min à pied également.
Stationnement sans problème devant la maison ou dans l'allée.
Grande maison moderne, bien agencée et bien équipée.
Une note positive pour la déco, très agréable cela fait réellement maison de vacances.
La température du logement !!! Il fait bien trop chaud. les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisants, l'étage est étouffant quand on ne peut pas aérer.
Quelques équipements manquants (des grands verres par exemple) mais aussi un rangement différent des tiroirs de cuisine de manière à avoir plus de rangement pour la nourriture.
La plaque vitrocéramique est un calvaire, très longue à chauffer.

Casa decorada con buen gusto y camas muy cómodas. Super idea el ventilador de techo en la habitación de arriba.
El exterior de la casa ideal para relajarse y descansar.
Echamos de menos tumbonas en la piscina, la casa es de 6 y solo hay 2.
Falta mantenimiento en el grifo ( sin agua fria) y la mampara del baño grande, grifo de la cocina ( se desmonta).
