Argyle Rigg is an award winning development of 2 bed townhouses in the centre of St Andrews.The property is also situated at the end of the beautiful Lade Braes walk.The accommodation layouts are as follows:Ground Floor - open-plan kitchen/diner with seating for 4 guests. Utility cupboard. Bathroom.First Floor - 2 bedrooms on this level and guests have the option to have the beds prepared as kings or singles. Both bedrooms are ensuite.Second Floor - lounge with access to roof top terrace and balcony and sofa bed. (please advise if wish to use the sofabed)2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity.
