NOTE: Please be aware that candles, tea lights and ethanol burners are not allowed in the flat.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Resultaba agradable volver al apartamento por el paseo del parque después de recorrer la ciudad y estar calentitos con la calefacción. A pie tardamos unos 25 minutos a la Royal Mile, pero había autobuses casi en la puerta.
Me gustó que el edificio fuera clásico edimburgués. No me molestó tener que subir las escaleras hasta el 4°piso.
El apartamento me pareció más espacioso que en las fotos.
