About this property

This beautiful villa has been refurnished for 2023, including new kitchen and appliances, new tiled floors, new Mitsubishi a/c units and some new furniture, beds, lights, lamps, curtain etc.
The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa which we are offering for rent as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa (sleeping a maximum of 4 people) at a reduced rate. The third bedroom will not be used. The price has been adjusted as a 2 bedroom.
The villa has a fabulous view in a peaceful location. The pool area has 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols, a great al fresco dining under a lovely gazebo for the all important shade. There is a gas BBQ and paellla making facilities provided along with a outside fridge for the all important cool drink. The pool and terrace can be lit at night, making the most of the wonderful warm evenings. The villa is very well equipped with new kitchen for 2023 including new appliances such as oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, and full size dishwasher. There are lots of extras in this villa including air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, slow cooker, pool towels, hair dryers, lots of wooden hangers and a safe. It has plenty of crockery and glasses for all types of drinks.
The 2 bedrooms comprise of a twin room which can be prepared as a super king bed and a double bedroom. Both share the stunning bathroom with large walk in shower.
The living room is comfortable and bright. A smart TV with amazon fire stick means you can watch TV in your chosen language and if you have a Netflix account you can watch your favourite programs. The villa has the all important internet and wi-fi. It has been freshly painted for 2023 and is in perfect condition. The views from the villa and pool are stunning and a perfect location for a romantic get away for a couple or perfect for a small family. We the owners live close by and are on hand to recommend restaurants or in case of any problems. The villa has been rented for 24 years and is loved by all have have stayed there.

My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of cleaners work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.
The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a call or whatsapp away. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.
There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 24 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.
My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster. We bought our first villa in the year 2000. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villa and also rent and manage other villas in the area.Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our property is maintained, furnished and cleaned to a high standard, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

Why they chose this property

Initially, we visited Javea & Denia purely to buy for investment. We bought our first villa on Monte Pedreguer which is ideally located between both towns. After visiting over and over again we fell in love with this beautiful area and each time we left, it got harder and harder to leave and we could not wait to return. The views from Vista del Valle or Vista as we lovingly refer to it are stunning and even after almost 20 years we still enjoying standing there and take in the breath taking view. The area has everything to offer from long sandy beaches, little shingle coves, masses of restaurants and a friendly, safe, family atmosphere. Its easy access from the AP7 from both Alicante and Valencia airports make it a great place to stay, just an hours drive away form the airports. The villa is a traditional Spanish Villa which over the years we have modernised, with a new fitted kitchen, refurbished bathrooms, air-con in bedrooms, new furniture and lights. Each year we make new changes.
