Summary:
A few steps away from Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Marais, welcome to your new Parisian home. A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris.The apartment is located on the noble first floor of the building with a sublime ceiling height of more than 3.5 meters.
Keeping the noble elements of the past, the apartment was renovated by a famous French architect to add contemporary comfort to a heritage building.

The Space:
The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 12 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 3 with one double bed
- Bedroom 4 with one double bed
- Bedroom 5 with one single bed
- 3 Bathrooms with shower (with two included inside rooms & one separate with a WC)
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub included in the room
- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 9 persons and a maximum of 11 persons.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 5 with a 5***** single-bed high comfort mattresses
Living room : a two people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the padlock on the black fence in front of the wooden door of the building.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- We will send you the code of the padlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
Between Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighborhood of Paris.The district is the vibrant center of the Parisian life. It is mostly made of pedestrian streets that are perfect ways to discover the historical center of the city.

Our neighbourhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home.

The neighborhood is very safe with the Louvre museum only a few hundred meters away from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station : Etienne Marcel
4 minutes : Line 4
5 minutes walk to : Châtelet les halles stations: LINE 1, 4, 7, 14 / RER A / RER B / RER D
Direct Access to CDG & Orly Airport

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
