Composed of 4 bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom, a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet, you can enjoy a spacious apartment to gather with family or friends.

The Space:
** Please note this apartment doesn't have an Air Conditioning.**
Important: No elevator in the building - 33 stairs until the 2nd floor.

The apartment has:

-1 living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 armchair
-1 dining area with a table and ten seats
-1 fully equipped kitchen

-1 master bedroom with bathroom
-2nd bedroom with bathroom
-3rd bedroom
-4th bedroom

-1 bathroom with a bathtub (without toilette) in the master bedroom
-1 bathroom with a shower (without toilette) in the 2nd bedroom
-1 separate bathroom with a shower and a toilette
-1 separate toilette

The apartment is comfortable for 8 people, and a maximum of 10 people.
Please note that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Livingroom : a two people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed / high chair on request only

Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Metro Line 3 : Sentier ( 3 min by walk)
Bus 20 : Porte Saint-Denis

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 2000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
