Two buddies and I did a long weekend and the place was as advertised. Dawn did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the pool water temp was perfect while we were there. It was maybe a 10-12 minute drive to ASU campus. Would rent this again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute three bedroom house, layout was great for our group. Beautiful decor, sunny and bright. Large kitchen, nice outside seating by the pool.
The grapefruit tree in the backyard was a real bonus!

We had an excellent experience with this VRBO rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—but the highlight was definitely the pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay. The property is wonderful! The house is nice size and very well laid out. Dawn is an exceptional communicator!You ask a question and she answers within minutes which is so nice! Our favorite part was the outdoor area; it is so spacious and comes with a nice size grill; we so enjoyed our time sitting by the pool. My only issue was there were several things that I would have expected to have on hand: we were only given one trash bag for 9 days, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towel, soap and propane for the grill. Not sure if we are just spoiled but typically these things come with the house. But there is an abundance of seasonings and some other cooking items that was great to have on hand!

Thank you for the lovely review and for highlighting the layout, communication, and outdoor pool area! I am so glad your group enjoyed the space and the grilling. I appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies. We do aim to provide a starter set of paper products, soap and garbage bags to get our guests settled. Guests such as yourself who are staying for an extended period of time would want to plan on purchasing additional supplies. Regarding the items mentioned, additional trash bags are kept inside the property for guest use, but evidently you did not find them as you had something placed on top of them, so it will be a great idea to move the extras to the bottom of the can. For the grill, the propane tank was full (although not always a guarantee) though its gauge only registers a reading of full, half or empty once the gas valve is turned completely on. I truly appreciate you bringing both of these to my attention to avoid confusion for any future guests!!

Loved staying at this location. Quick access to main highways. The pool was great, particularly when temps spiked into the 90's!! The home was very clean and had all the basics one needs.
