Apartamento muy cómodo, cocina cómoda y con todos utensilios necesarios, con garaje (necesario en el centro). Propietario atento a cualquier sugerencia, responde inmediatamente. Cerca del mar y junto al casco histórico. Algo negativo: la pendiente hasta la playa propia del centro de Calpe. Estancia excelente.

L appartement est très bien, très propre et la clim est un atout à ne pas négliger.Bert a été très accueillant à notre arrivée.Le quartier est calme, mais les trajets plage sportifs. La remontée particulièrement!Attention si avez des enfants en bas âge ce ne sera pas l emplacement idéal.

Apartamento agradable pero localización incómoda

La estancia en la casa ha sido agradable, espaciosa, aire acondicionado, piscina, todo muy limpio. El camino hacia la playa es bastante incómodo, grandes cuestas que con el calor de Calpe en verano se hace desagradable. Nos recomendaron otro camino pero muy largo. El casco histórico está al lado, buenos restaurantes, ambiente tranquilo para descansar aunque en fiestas te despiertan los petardos. Bert, el anfitrión, fue muy amable con nosotros. Sólo destacar que tienes un límite diario de consumo de electricidad, de lo que no sabíamos nada previamente. Al marcharnos nos informó de este detalle. Debíamos pagar un pequeño extra por ese consumo (que utilizamos con mucha prudencia como en nuestra casa), que finalmente fue "perdonado" a cambio de ser benevolente en la reseña de la web. Nunca me había pasado esto, con lo amable que fue nos dejó con un mal recuerdo.

Gracias por la reseña. Es una lástima que la distancia a la playa le haya resultado larga y difícil. Calpe, por supuesto, no es llano, pero aun así podemos llegar en 10 minutos. Y en cuanto al consumo de energía, también lo dice el anuncio. Pero los 10 kW diarios incluidos en el precio del alquiler suelen ser suficientes si se cierran puertas y ventanas cuando se utiliza el aire acondicionado. Lo que se usa más lo calculo el precio de costo. Pero eso aún no ha sucedido. Y todo lo demás es gratuito, como agua, internet, toallas, ropa de cama y aparcamiento.
