About this property

Nice apartment next to the Denia beach

This precious 50 m² apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people (maximum 3 adults).

It is located in the Las Marinas area, very close to the urban centre of Denia.

Upon entering, we find the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen, all furnished with great taste. The property has wifi, TV and air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

In the first bedroom, we find a 1.35cm bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, next to which is the bathroom with a shower.

From the living room, going up the spiral staircase is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and sunbeds, where you can enjoy the sunny summer days.

The urbanisation where it is located has outdoor parking, mini golf, children's park, walking areas and a communal swimming pool, for both adults and children. The pool will be open for swimming from 15.06 to 15.09.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Rundum super zufrieden

Man kann dort sehr gut leben. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß genug für 2 Personen. Auch wenn das Wetter weniger gut ist, kann man es sehr gut aushalten! Die Küche mit der Theke ist super um selbst kochen zu können und das Bad und vor allem die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Am besten ist die Terasse oben auf dem Dach! Man hat alles was man braucht dort. Habe nichts hinzuzufügen
