On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, pod coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Also on the ground floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower, WC, and bidet.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and has a private garden furnished with a table, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.



In the immediate vicinity, there is also a large playground with a restaurant, ideal for families. Bicycles can be conveniently parked within the apartment's garden.
