This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, Spectrum TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.

Great space, very comfortable, close to downtown. A busted shower rod was fixed very quickly during our stay (though the communication about it could have been better). Bring earplugs: the refrigerator hums very loudly and you can hear every car that goes by.

Great location. Close to town. Everything you needed was there in place. Host replied immediately to any questions. Any climbing stairs if you have an issue could be a problem, but you know ahead about the stairs.
