Please read!!We booked a villa with private pool & hot tub. what we got was no hot tub & the pool not located next to the villa, but a freezing pool shaded pool by a marque at the far end of the grounds, used for weddings also missed off the listing We contacted the host who eventually confirmed "no hot tub" our main requirement when booking. Next day he said find alternative accommodation & he would reimburse us. Wasting half a day looking but couldnt find anything we let the host know, but still no apology. He changed his listing straight away removing the hot tub.On our return I message the host expressing our displeasure & the incorrectly listed property, still no apology. I pointed out a few issues with found with the villa, E.G constant flushing toilet, doors that don’t shut correctly, entrance door with a broken handle you can only open with a key. We received was a standard response, nothing about listing the villa fraudulently. Speaking to VRBO they confirmed the villas listing with a hot tub & the pools location was wrong. VRBO contacted the host as they are just an agent. He then sent a message saying we should of moved to a hotel if no villas were available, (we would of booked this if this was what we wanted) he then accused us of leaving the villa untidy, dirty sheets, towels etc. my video leaving the villa shows different. All we wanted to start was a heartfelt apology. But after his attitude & lack of respect an offer would have been niceSTAY AWAY
