Halfway between the B & B and the cottage, our guesthouse located in Simiane Collongue will bring you all the well being and welcome to the Provençal you expect!
At the corner of our contemporary villa, the crossing apartment has a breathtaking view of the pool of 90 m2 fully tiled glass and surrounded by a beautiful lawn and the massif of the star and a terrace Totally private sunset setting on the other side! Endowed with a sunshine from one end to the other of the day, this very bright and luminous apartment will also be able to bring you all its natural freshness if you live in the provençale (we will explain you on the spot)! Ideal to relax and unwind!
The pool with a beach will welcome its gentle slope to the best times of the day!
A large 160 bed nights offer you a very relaxing calm and another bed 90 will accommodate 3 people in total (2 adults and 1 child).
Any comfort (TV, Internet, microwave / grill, induction hob, electric barbecue, ...) access fitness room, parking, bed linen, towels, bath towels and crockery provided. Wellness services on request (massage wellness, yoga classes and parent / child from 2 years provided by Betty)

A little paradise

The cottage is fine and fully equipped. It has a beautiful garden with many sun and shade spots. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. You can have a wonderful time here!

Fantastic

We had a great time staying at the apartment. It’s beautiful and very well presented. Beatrice and her husband are wonderful hosts, helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive. They make you feel very welcome. We recommend staying here wholeheartedly.

Excellent séjour - Idéal pour se ressourcer

Tout commence par un accueil agréable, ensuite, vous n'aurez que de bonnes surprises... Le logement est propre, bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. Le jardin est calme, la piscine superbe et l’ensemble est parfaitement entretenu. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins sans être intrusifs. Vous pouvez également prendre des cours de Yoga avec Béatrice. J’espère pouvoir y revenir rapidement !

Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Es war für uns der erste Urlaub in Frankreich und wird sicherlich nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Bessere Gastgeber als Béatrice und Jean-Pierre kann man sich nicht wünschen. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die wertvollen Tipps der Gastgeber waren alle perfekt und hilfreich, einschließlich der Restaurantempfehlungen. Es war ein Urlaub wie bei Freunden. Wunderbar! Immer wieder! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La grande propriété très bien entretenue est magnifique avec une superbe piscine. La location bien équipée est très belle notamment la salle de bains. Le tout décoré avec goût. On s’y sent bien. L’endroit est très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prévenants. Une très belle rencontre humaine. Nous espérons y retourner. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’annonce est complètement conforme. L’accueil est agréable et les hôtes disponibles aussi bien pour de petits services, comme donner des informations sur les environs. L espace extérieur est très très agréable et magnifiquement entretenu, pelouse, piscine … La location est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipée, la salle de bain est magnifique ! Propriétaitres très accueillants et sympathiques

We spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. There were fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived. The garden is quite big and behind the house is a small table with chairs to have breakfast privately outside. The only visitors were the friendly chickens that we gave new names, such as Dorothee, Alfreda, Isabella and Wuschel 🐓 The bathroom and shower we found particularly nice. The interior is held in bright colors of white and green. The owners of the house live upstairs and both very friendly and helpful, when we searched for a place to eat and a supermarket. The swimming pool was nice, but in May the water was rather cold, so just for tough people. --------------- Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce charmant appartement. La cuisine était bien équipée. Il y avait des œufs frais dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Le jardin est assez grand et derrière la maison se trouve une petite table avec des chaises pour prendre le petit déjeuner en privé à l'extérieur. Les seuls visiteurs étaient les sympathiques poulets auxquels nous avons donné de nouveaux noms, tels que Dorothée, Alfreda, Isabella et Wuschel 🐓 La salle de bain et la douche nous ont semblé particulièrement agréables. L'intérieur se déroule dans des couleurs vives de blanc et de vert. Les propriétaires de la maison vivent à l'étage et sont tous deux très sympathiques et serviables lorsque nous avons cherché un endroit pour manger et un supermarché. La piscine était belle, mais en mai l'eau était plutôt froide, donc juste pour les personnes plus toughs 😂

Tramhafte Unterkunft um zu entspannen und genießen

Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig mit viel liebe angerichtet und man findet dort alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Eindruck ist einfach nur "PERFEKT" Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Un excellent pied à terre dans la région provençale doté de commodités appréciables: Un logement bien agencé, bien équipé, une splendide piscine bienvenue, un calme olympien et des hôtes disponibles .... Une fraîcheur indéniable (surtout en été) le soir à une altitude de près de 400 m. Une géolocalisation des plus intéressantes (Marseille, Aix en Provence, centre commercial réputé de Plan de Campagne...) Le lieu de villégiature parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule .. A occuper sans modération !!

Een prachtige woning, modern ingericht, met veel zonlicht dat is gelegen op een mooi landgoed. De aanwezigheid van een ruim zwembad geeft de nodige verkoeling in de hete zomermaanden. Heerlijk plek om tot rust te komen.

Une belle propriété au calme et des hôtes accueillants et chaleureux

Nous avons passé 12 jours chez Béa et Jean-Pierre et avons été dès le début du séjour conquis par leur location et leur accueil. La villa est située dans les hauteurs de Simiane Collongue, au calme. La propriété est très jolie, avec une grande pelouse et une grande piscine, toutes deux très bien entretenues. L'appartement mis à disposition est confortable et fonctionnel, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et très adapté pour un couple. Avec une terrasse de chaque côté de l'appartement, il est toujours possible de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre. La villa étant dans les hauteurs, la température redescend à un niveau agréable tous les soirs. Et il n'y a pratiquement pas de moustiques. Béa et Jean-Pierre sont aux petits soins tout le long du séjour et donnent envie de revenir (sans oublier Chen, le chien le plus gentil du monde et très vigilant pour les nageurs). Simiane Collongue est placé à mi chemin de Aix (30 min) et Marseille (30 min) ce qui permet de visiter facilement toute la région.

Nice appartment in beautifull surroundings

We have had a very nice time in a beautifull and comfortable appartment in Simiane-Collongue, situated between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. Béatrice and Jean Pierre are very kind and lovely hosts, who are always helpful. The decor of the room and bedroom is modern and new, the bed is very comfortable. There is a large garden and swimmingpool and the location is quiet.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour chez Bea et Jean Pierre qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans leur belle demeure.
