Dirty accommodation
dirty utensils, cups, eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down stairs. burn marks on the furniture. we arrived after 4pm as stated on 6th October, we left on the 7th October at 10am to come home, we reported to vrbo on the 6th but no help was given, we were told these were minor things, I asked for call backs which I did not get, we have booked many properties with you with no problem. its not the fact that this one was bad but the fact that Vrbo did not help us when needed, my husband is disabled and in poor health, we will not be booking with Vrbo again if this is how you treat your loyal customers
