Diese neu sanierte Wohnung liegt im Herzen Berlins und besticht durch ihren neu interpretierten Art Deco Stil.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 1 Gehminute entfernt vom S-Bahnhof 'Schöneberg' und ist dennoch durch ihre Lage in einer Seitenstraße ruhig gelegen. Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe - Schöneberg ist das neue Kreuzberg ;)

Die Unterkunft selbst hat eine Küche und ein großes Badezimmer, sowie ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (1.40m). Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Smart-TV, eine Couch und einem Esstisch für Mahlzeiten.

Good location but the appartement could be better

The apartment doesn’t feel finished. The TV wasn’t working, there is only one fork. And the kitchen is barely equipped for cooking. The overall finish of the apartment is also sloppy. And there is no view to the outside. And we found the bed not comfortable. The location next to the S-bahn is perfect to explore Berlin. Parking was free for us but from the 30th of October 2023 you have to pay for the street parking.
