This apartment was amazing! The kitchen was complete with coffee, tea And creme. The bedrooms were en-suite and worked well especially for our adult married children. We will not be back to Florence but hope to visit the apartment in Lucca!

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Noise from the street was loud on one side of the building but it is in the middle of the city and would not keep us from coming back!

Florence adventure

This place couldn’t have been better. From the location to the host all were great. We loved the gathering area and the all three bedrooms have in their own bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos. I am very particular about cleanliness and the apartment was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable and the location of the building was great. We look forward to a future stay.

Great apartment and location

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment spacious enough for 6 adults. Perfect for our stay of just over one week. Appreciated having the washer/dryer unit in the apartment. The location was great since you can easily walk to many areas of Florence. The people at Dimora Italia are very pleasant and it was also nice that their office is on site.

Five star luxury and service VERY IMPRESSIVE

This apartment was clearlydecorated by a luxury designer … simple luxury beautifully done. Easy modern keypad access, a short walk to key tourist attractions, and a very friendly and professional apartment manager…. Great value and we loved our stay ! Cannot recommend highly enough …..

Beautiful flat!

Worth the extra money to have the private bathrooms for each couple (with each bedroom), the ability to store our luggage, and the top-notch assistance from Dimora Italia! Wish we could have stayed a week! :)

New Year's in Firenze

Large, beautifully designed and well-appointed and maintained residence. Fantastic location, central to great restaurants, shopping and museums. Cecilia had excellent recommendations for restaurants, events and local guides. If you're not familiar with European appliances, definitely get a thorough run-through. Master bedroom overlooks a bit of a noisy street, but that's Florence. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!!!! The only issue was the smell of steak cooking in the master bedroom. ( and it smelled great!!!!) Beautiful apt. Amazing location. Great staff. Will definately come back!!!!!!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay in Marchesa Olympia- we didn’t want to leave! The unit is beautiful, with high end finishes/appliances/etc. It is well stocked with dishes and cookware so that we could easily eat breakfast and lunch at home every day. Conad City grocery store was an easy walk to purchase groceries for our stay. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were adequate laundry facilities. Air conditioning was excellent, and very necessary for the 90 plus degree days we were experiencing at the time of our visit. The location is excellent-close to numerous shops/restaurants. We would not hesitate to book again if we ever returned to the area!

Luxury

The definition of luxury in this 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment. Everything was outstanding! The location is superb near the Arno river, yet it was a short walk to all of the Florence sights we wanted to visit. The apartment had beautiful furnishings and was large enough to give our family more than enough space. You won’t find a better 3BD/3 BA apartment in Florence than this one!! Cecilia and staff were so welcoming and always available to us via text/cell phone. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back and stay here in the future.

This should be your first, last, and only destination in Florence!

The apartment is HUGE and immaculate. All of the fixtures, furniture, and appliances were top of the line with even some custom pieces made specifically for the space. On top of all of this, the customer service and communication was way beyond expectation. Not only were they tremendously responsive, they were proactive, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. They even have an onsite office with a manager and other helpful staff. Thankfully they have other properties in other parts of the country as I will only stay with them whenever I travel to Italy. They set such a high bar, others will be hard pressed to match.

Property is amazing and I will back again. Location is 20 minute walk from train station (longer with luggage) but so close to everything and grocery store is ideal. (Fair warning, GPS for address was off, entrance is right on main street, not down the alley!) The condo is very comfortable and great for relaxing.Here's the things I wish I had known:-Main living room furniture is custom and very comfortable-The two rooms (including the outdoor space) face a street:--Directly across the street from the condo is a bus stop so there is noise and smoke from this--The condo is above and about 50' from an irish pub, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights it is very popular and the two rooms hear the noise from the pub and can even smell the cigarette smoke-The shower in the 'master' bedroom under the top floor bedroom has limited hot water, after about 6 minutes you end up with a warm shower-The first bedroom is all interior with no way to easily cool it down, it was fine in off season and has it's own thermostat but it was much warmer than the rest of the condo-We stayed 8 days and had to buy toilet paper and other necessities during the stay
