Villa Ludo; beautiful detached house on a large plot of 1600m² with private pool, large terraces, garden and BBQ. In total, it can accommodate 6 people.

Superb villa of 180 meters in the second line of the sea which offers an incredible view on the sea from its different terraces. The roof has terraces with panoramic views of the Coveta Fuma. There are two parking spaces on the plot. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and a beautiful garden, ideal for a change of scenery, a paradise!

At your disposal a large private swimming pool (12X6 meters), with 6 deckchairs and 4 parasols to enjoy the sun but also the shade. Moreover, at night, the garden has beautiful night lights that illuminate the garden, the private pool and the terrace.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with their own wardrobes, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed with its own sink and mirror, in the last bedroom there is a bunk bed for 2 extra people. There are two large bathrooms: one with a bathtub, shower and sink, and the other bathroom has a large bathtub as well as a spacious shower and 2 sinks.

The kitchen is very well equipped and has an oven, microwave, grill, gas and electric hobs. In addition, there is a large fridge/freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine with LOR capsules, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. There is a large and spacious living room with a breathtaking view of the sea, 3 sofas, 2 of which are leather, a coffee table and a TV corner.

The roof terrace of the house offers a magnificent view of the sea, perfect for relaxing.

The villa offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Several facilities are available, such as a table tennis table, a trampoline and a swing. There is a built-in barbecue. The ideal place to enjoy the beautiful weather and the Mediterranean Sea.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and pets are not allowed.

Included water and electricity up to 175 Kw. per week (extra use is € 0,30/Kw.)
