On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge), the terrace and an outbuilding with a second bathroom with shower, large fridge and washing machine. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed and one with two double beds and access to a terrace with views of Monte Pindo. The price includes bed linen and towels. The house has been restored and has about 200m² plus a further 400m² outside divided into a back garden with fruit trees, lawn and clothesline and a terrace with barbecue at the entrance to the house. The terraces are equipped with two tables and chairs allowing outdoor dining for up to 9 people. The beach of Mar de Lira is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot. The main space of the house is the kitchen with dining room and living room on the ground floor.
