Casa Espliego A-Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

This is a beautifully presented and fully equipped apartment on the five star Mar Menor Golf Resort in Torre Pacheco. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. It has a spacious lounge/dining room with the sofa converting into a double bed. The South facing terrace has views of the swimming pool and the lake which is surrounded by holes 13,14 and 15. There is air conditioning throughout, international cable TV and free Wi-Fi. There is free garage parking at the same building.



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and international Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.



Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):



- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

Lovely sized apartment overlooking the pool. Wonderful large balcony which is perfect for sitting out eating dinner and watching the sunset. Comfy beds, great air con and decently equipped kitchen. Would stay again if I were in Mar Menor as we had a fabulous holiday.

Everything was great!

The property at Mar Menor Golf resort was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean and very well equipped for our stay. Joy from Murcia properties communicated very well at all times and gave us all the information needed to check in easily. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay ,first time for us in a beautiful Golf place, the residence is exceptional, quiet,secure perfect for a family . The apartment is very good ,superbly located overlooking the pool , the lake as well as the golf park. As a bonus seen on the sunset from the balcony. Magnificent!! The pool is great .. the apartment lacks nothing. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the first beach otherwise it takes 25 minutes to reach beautiful beaches . Area is beautiful I would definitely recommend this place and we'll be happy to call on you to go back. Kind regards Alexandra and her family 😜
