The house features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a lovely living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed.
Directly from the living area, you step out onto the terrace and adjoining outdoor space, which includes a charming swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor barbecue for warm and relaxed grill evenings.
The garden is also equipped with a trampoline and a hanging swing, ensuring that both adults and children can fully enjoy their time and relaxation.
Of course, the entire house and the entire outdoor area, including the pool, are reserved exclusively for your private use, ensuring plenty of privacy throughout your stay.
Kunj is a quiet and relaxing village, located just 20 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Rabac. The center of Labin can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In Labin, you will find numerous large grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and various shopping opportunities.
