About this property
Quite location with stretching views, close to Eden project and Heligan gardens
Welcome to my peaceful get away.
Residing in a quiet, but central part of St Austell Number 41 boasts long stretching views of the valley.
Our light, airy & colourful home is warm & tranquil.
Filled with this is a perfect space for a family staycation.
Relax & unwind, enjoy the Cornish life style visiting nearby beaches, local harbours, or take a picturesque walk along the coastline.
At the end of a busy day relax in the garden, before retiring to the lounge & logging into Netflix for a film.
With two double sized bedrooms, set as a double & a twin the bungalow is spacious enough to accommodate 6 with a sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa bed measures 3ft 8in wide, therefore will comfortably sleep two children. However, maybe a little cosy for two adults.
With WIFI, kitchen, bathroom, lounge & dining area to seat 4.
A tranquil space to chill out & unwind.
This central location is within walking distance of the train & bus station, town centre.
