La Dimora Dell'Avvocato - Appartamento

A very welcoming three-room apartment, design, in 70s style, with some "gems" of furniture that give particularity and style to the environment. Located in the center, a few steps from the Metro - Line 1, from Molo Beverello (from which hydrofoils leave for the nearby islands: Ischia, Capri, Procida), from the Town Hall and Castel Nuovo (Maschio Angioino). A few steps from Via Toledo and the historic center but also from the Lungomare Caracciolo. Super-equipped, with attention to the smallest details to make you feel at home!
I will be at your disposal, if you wish, as well as for the reception and delivery of the keys, also for some advice on the city, on things to do and to visit!
In the heart of the city, the real centre. Teeming with shops for shopping, restaurants, bars. A stone's throw from the historic center and the main city attractions (Piazza del Municipio, Maschio Angioino, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo, Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, Federico II University). Everything can be reached on foot or by public transport (the Funicular and the Metro are very close).

The building feels safe for a group of five women. Rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms are good and kitchen is good. Very close to the ferry to Capri! A lot of places to eat. It’s on the 7th floor with elevator. I will stay here again!

Location is great - easy to walk to the pier, metro, and main attractions. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are on opposite sides - not adjacent - so loud snoring is not a problem. 7th floor location meant no street noise. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to another apartment, so if the neighbors were loud, we could hear them - but that's beyond anyone's control. The one nuance to be aware of, is that during the week, the elevator costs 10 cents to use each time - doesn't apply on the weekends. We only paid once, on our Monday checkout, and it wasn't difficult, but wasn't expecting it before booking. Would very much recommend staying here.

It is OK place

When we arrived, the room was not clean. We had to wait for the rooms got cleaned. After that, we realized some necessary room amenities (like Shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap) were not available. The room manager was nice enough to send some to the room. We had to go buy some stuff for the four days we stay. By the way, that was around Christmas. We were traveling and stay at 4 different places. Other places have general stuff available. This is the only place we were surprised. The room is nice, but we just a bit of disappointment.
