Adorable Cottage Home In Beautiful East Hampton

Located in the eastern end of the South Shore of Long Island, this wonderful cottage sits on a half an acre in beautiful East Hampton. It's located just a mile from thriving Main St and three miles from East Hampton Main Beach.

Contemporary designed with a modern touch, it features one bedroom and 1.5 baths. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a den room with a daybed. The kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a hightop table, stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Nespresso machine, and a Vitamix blender. There is a screened-in porch with an electric heater for those cool evenings. The house also boasts central A/C and heat, washer and dryer, a Weber gas bbq, and a seasonal outdoor shower. There are two flat screen TVs, as well as high speed Wi-Fi internet. The property is surrounded by many mature trees and is landscaped with flowers and plants, blooming from early spring to late autumn. We can also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for our guests on request. Cleaning/maid services can be provided at additional cost.

To your advantage just across the road is the famous Round Swamp Farm - a family owned bicentennial farm and market, providing the very best produce, prepared specialties, and the finest local seafood.

-Bostwick's on the Harbor (6 min drive) - Seafood driven cuisine with great sunset views

-La Fondita (7 min drive) - Traditional Mexican food, reminiscent of the street food found in markets and taquerias throughout Mexico

-Coche Comedor (next to La Fondita) - Year round restaurant serving regional Mexican cuisine inspired by local products

Guests can also visit the Pollock-Krasner House and Studio Museum and discover the place Jackson Pollock lived for the last 11 years of his life and perfected his "drip" technique (9 min drive) or the LongHouse Reserve, which is a 16 acre reserve and sculpture garden, featuring pieces from Buckminster Fuller, Yoko Ono and William de Kooning, just to name a few (4 min drive).
