A luxuary villa without the luxury service or support

Too many issues that were very poorly handled for this to be regarded as anything other that massively disappointing, yet it could have been so good.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the villa we rented from Nathalie. The villa was new, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable for spending time together, both indoors and outdoors. The spacious rooms, large terrace, and private pool made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying ourselves as a family. The surrounding area is charming and peaceful, adding to the overall experience. Nathalie was amazing—always available, helpful, and attentive to every need. The company’s app was also a great bonus, allowing us to book services easily and giving us the feeling of a hotel stay with the privacy of a villa. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back in the future!

The villa was absolutely superb! We were worried that the pictures were too good to be true but when we arrived, it was even better than we imagined. A fantastic property with amazing pools (inside and out) and in a great location being just a short walk from the beach. But for me, the most impressive thing was the customer service and speed of response from the company. We had a couple of very minor issues during our ten day stay (one of the dishwashers broke down and the air conditioning briefly stopped working) and in both instances, engineers arrived almost immediately and fixed both issues. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I will definitely use them again.

august stay

Nice villa but very hard to communicate with Juan. I booked online and via whatsapp cleaning for 21 and 23rd. cleaning team came 21 and 22 and Juan did not seem bothered. Very often I send him messages, he does not respond. Sauna was not working and inside pool the house was not heated.

300% recomendable! Gracias por todo!
