Saxon House (7) traditional, yet modern dog friendly detached house

Set in the sought after North Yorkshire village of Harome the perfect place for fine food and dining with both The Pheasant and The Star Inn at Harome right on your door step and only a short drive from the thriving market town of Helmsley, this traditional, yet modern dog friendly detached house sleeps seven guests in four delightful bedrooms.

The main house is arranged over two floors, spacious and well laid out, comprising of a large triple aspect sitting room featuring a wood burning stove and french doors leading out to the garden, open-plan kitchen and dining area with marble worktops and seating area for up to eight guests over looking the garden to the rear of the house on the ground floor. Stairs then lead to the first floor offering four bright and airy bedrooms: master bedroom with en-suite shower room and three further bedrooms all of which are perfect for retiring after a full day exploring the North York Moors and a main family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Saxon House faces south and has a generous garden to the rear edged with well stocked boarders for guests to relax and enjoy the patio area leading to the side of the garden, featuring patio table and chairs for guests to enjoy al fresco dining during the summer months, accompanied by a charcoal barbecue.
Harome is a very attractive village with pretty cottages (many are thatched), a church and two renowned restaurants. The Pheasant is a 3 rosette awarded restaurant and The Star Inn at Harome, with it's very own Michelin star, serves modern Yorkshire food to the highest of standards.
