Danish holiday home in the beautiful area of Holiday Vital Resort near Großenbrode. Experience the perfect retreat in this charming 62 m² holiday home, designed for up to six guests. The inviting living room boasts a warm wood-burning stove, a stereo system, and a cozy alcove with a double bed. Two comfortable bedrooms feature double beds, with a cot available for little ones. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and unwind in the modern bathroom with underfloor heating. Outside, relax on the terrace or rejuvenate in the heated indoor sauna. Conveniently located just 500 m from the beach and close to a restaurant and shop! Electric charging station: Holiday Vital Resort has 5 charging stations for electric cars, including 2 Superchargers for Tesla and other brands. The charging stations are located in the car park in front of the reception. Charging electric cars directly at the holiday home is not allowed and is not covered by the electricity price! For arrivals from 1 June 2023 onwards, the following rule applies: From the first pet, the on-site costs are EUR 30 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets are allowed. On one of the plots in the 1st construction phase of the holiday home park, there is a sports field where children can play football, tennis, basketball etc. There is also asports hall, which can be used free of charge by guests for e.g. badminton and various ball games. Please send your enquiries to the on-site service office. There is also a supermarket next to the service office. As this is a house series with several identical houses, , the colour, decor and location in the holiday park may vary. The houses were built between 2012 and 2022 and have been continuously renovated. Some houses have railings around the terrace, others do not. The distance to the coast varies between 500 and 800 metres. Please also note that the exterior and interior images are model images of different holiday homes in the series. Youth groups only on request! The location of the house near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, which connects the island of Fehmarn with the German mainland, is very attractive and offers many opportunities for day trips to Fehmarn or Heiligenhafen and Lübeck. The ferry to Rødby is only about 20 min. drive away. Interesting excursion destinations nearby are also the Peter Wiepert Museum, the Katharinenhof Museum, the Jachen Flünk windmill Flünk, the large Fehmarn Marine Centre, Hansa Park and Leute Park or the Karl May Festival.
