About this space This fabulous home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Combe Down on the outskirts of Bath city centre. A short bus/taxi ride or 30 min walk takes you into town where you'll find all the celebrated cultural and sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars & restaurants to unwind in. Surrounded by tranquil countryside, this location is ideal to explore the best of both worlds, with neighboring picturesque villages and the stunning "Bath Skyline" walk is close by to enjoy.
The space The interior throughout is light and welcoming. On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with French doors to access the garden, a large dining room and a well-equipped modern kitchen and utility room. There is also a lovely bright conservatory with more seating that opens on to the pretty well kept garden. There is a king size bedroom on the ground floor, which benefits from access to a ground floor shower room. Up the stairs leads to a further three bedrooms, one king size, a twin, a single bedroom and a modern shower room.
This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer.
Parking is free on street outside the house.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £15 per dog, but please keep them downstairs
Additional rules - Extra guests are not allowed - No Parties - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was clean and we were very surprised by the amount of space. We had 5 adults, a teen, and a pre-teen, and we all had plenty of space. Communication was excellent.
We would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend.

Adequate accommodation and location
A lot of rules to follow, no appliance manual’s available. Flies, bluebottles to be precise, in every room. Think these originate from neighbours who appear to keep ducks. Strange configuration of kitchen/utility and dining area with poor extraction for both. However, beds comfortable and whole house well decorated and clean. Parking not as good as suggested by description. Owners need to look at gutters over conservatory as grass appears to block down pipes.
