Oresti villa with a pool
Quiet accommodation for a relaxed family holiday. The pool is located on the sunny side.
Housing
This cozy villa has two bedrooms and one family bathroom with bathtub on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen with large panoramic windows that open onto the terrace leading to the pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers, there is also a BBQ area and a relaxation area at your disposal. The area around the pool is large enough and there are no neighbors looking over the fence). The complex has a basketball court. The beaches are only 2-3 minutes away by car.
*Please note in 2024 a new development of villas starts on the land surrounding this Villa. This will cause noise and possibly dust during working hours. For those that spend their days at the beach, you can enjoy this villa after working hours for a discounted rate. Discounts have been applied to all the rates. In August, building works are not permitted by the government, so you can enjoy the villa with no noise **
