Salcombe cliff top escape near South Sands beach
Offering some of the finest views in the entire South West, Bar Lodge is a 3 floor, 5 bedroom Edwardian house nestled on the cliffs in Salcombe and sleeping up to 8 guests. Our guests enjoy amazing sun rises and waking up to the sounds of waves breaking on the rocks below. In the evening stare out as Salcombe is illuminated and ships pass in the distance. This is truly a special property that you'll love to return to time and time again.

Walkthrough...
Park directly outside the property and there's enough space for 3 cars. Head down a couple of steps to the original front door of the property dating from 1902.
Entering the hallway the house oozes charm, mixing period features with a Mediterranean feel and there's lots of space for coats and shoes after long walks on the cliffs. Your eyes are immediately drawn to large windows the sea beyond...
Ahead is the open plan Living/Kitchen/Dining area. The sea views are absolutely breath taking and must be seen to be fully appreciated.
The room is a mix of indoor/outdoor living with comfortable sofas, a large dining table and 55" Smart TV. The large windows open to allow fresh breeze in and the gentle sounds of fishing and pleasure boats passing by waft in. The living area has French doors leading to a terrace area with outdoor furniture to enjoy more of the views.
Nestled in the corner of the living area is a galley style kitchen with 4 oven Rayburn AGA, dual Airfryer, Nespresso machine (classic pods), Fridge, Toaster & Microwave.
Head down to the lower ground floor and ahead of you is the living area complete with double sofas 55" inch TV and dining table for 4. There's access to the lower balcony which offers panoramic views which need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.
Backing on to this room is bedroom 5 with King size bed, lots of storage and a handy desk and chair for those needing to work whilst away. The room also has access to the same balcony with outdoor furniture including a hanging chair.
The lower Kitchen is modern and offers everything you may need for your stay including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, Toaster, electric hob/4 oven and washing machine.
The lower shower room is luxurious with double size shower cubicle, heated towel rail, sink and toilet.
To the rear of the property is a garden area currently a mix of lawn and shrubs with an outdoor table and a BBQ.
