Die Terrasse hat einen wirklich atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus war sauber und freundlich. Die Größe war vollkommen ausreichend. Der Strand direkt vor der haustür ist sehr schön, wenig frequentiert und der Zugang über dem Pfad ist gut machbar. Das Wasser ist herrlich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus läuft über eine schmale, einspurige schotterstraße mit vielen, tiefen schlaglöchern, ausweichmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über eine steile Treppe mit ca. 100 Stufen. Hier ist ein treppenlift vorhanden. Wenn die obere Wohnung auch vermietet ist, ist das Haus extrem hellhörig. Teilweise riecht man die sickergrube im Bad, dann richt das WC etwas unangenehm.
