Villa Thomas - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

Overview
Villa Thomas is located in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 10 people (8 Adults and 2 Children) with 4 Bedrooms and 2
Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue. Walking distance to
the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

The fourth bedroom is accessed separately via the garden / parking lot
and features a bunk bed suitable for two adults. Please note that this
room does not have its own bathroom; guests will need to use one of the
villa's two shared bathrooms.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Thomas has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Additional Information

As a courtesy to our clients, please be advised that the fourth bedroom
is with separate external access. Pool heating is free throughout the
entire year. The system operates automatically on a timer, running for
approximately 8 hours daily. This results in a temperature increase of
3 to 5 degrees above the standard water temperature. There is also a
small bubbling pool area.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
