Ideal for families, the house has high-speed Wi-Fi, two bedrooms with air conditioning (one with a double bed and two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), so there are no family disputes about who gets the bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a lounge with air conditioning, Smart TV, satellite TV system and Bluetooth soundbar. In the centre of the seating area, a wood-burning fireplace is perfect for the coldest winter nights. Next to the living room, a spacious dining room and a comfortable sitting area look out over the swimming pool and gardens.
In the outdoors, on the other side of the pool, the covered dining area is the perfect place to eat, drink, and relax. With a large dining table, gas barbecue, fridge, and sound system, guests do not have to go far from the pool to enjoy a refreshing drink.
The House of the Lemon Tree is 6 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot for the more adventurous, from the seafront promenade of Jávea, where guests can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars or take a relaxing walk on the sandy beach.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAVEA HOLIDAYS
Highly recommend Javea Holidays they have a great selection of holiday properties. Should there be a problem, they resolve any issues quickly and nothing is too much trouble.
As an agency how can you improve on perfection. Great staff, friendly service. We enjoyed our stay slightly dissapointed with the accommodation but that was no reflection of Javea Holidays it was more about the owner of the villa. The villa was a quality villa however the furnishings & kitchen let it down. Nothing Javea could do about that. However if I were an agent I would take on properties of a certain standard and anything substandard was improved upon. That’s all I can really say.

The kitchen, your main area of concern, is slated to be replaced in the not too distant future and the owners are aware this needs doing. Comment on two month stay
All facilities worked, the pool area, bbq are good. The heating and electrics only tripped out twice. Towels and bedding very good. The sitting room is cosy and nice. Beds were nice.
The kitchen is too small and oven and low cupboards are too low down. The space is too small to allow two people to work.
The location was not ideal for my wife as you could not walk from the villa. But that is not a complaint, just a comment. I found it strange that no one from Javea Hols did not ask at any time how we were and if all was well. Some personal touch to the service does make a difference.

La ubicación con las diferentes calas , el tamaño y la comodidad De la Villa para nosotros y nuestras mascotas
El cobro por limpieza ,ya que se nos cobró más de 200€ dejando la casa con los platos recogidos en el lavavajillas y las sábanas lavadas ,casa barrida y fregada y se nos cobra 25€ más por no sacar la basura …

Gracias por su gran crítica de Casa Limonero. Estamos encantados de saber que disfrutó de la propiedad. Disculpas por el cargo extra por la recogida de basura, pero este es un costo pasado a nosotros por la empresa de limpieza, y la razón por la que mencionamos toda la basura debe ser eliminado por los huéspedes a la salida. Esperamos verle de nuevo en el futuro.
