This great apartment has an ideal location, between the districts Fuencarral and Hortaleza, one of the best areas of Madrid, the Malasaña neighborhood is known as "the Soho of Madrid" a neighborhood with a lively and youthful atmosphere full of alternative and modern stores, as well as terraces, bars, and restaurants. In a few minute's walk you will find Gran Via, the "Broadway" of Madrid, a street full of stimuli thanks to its cinemas, theaters, restaurants, and great stores.

The apartment is located three minutes walk from the Tribunal subway station and has a variety of bus stations around. In addition, you will find just 4 minute's walk from the Bicimad station on Calle Barceló, so you can rent electric bikes to explore the city in a healthy, fun, and environmentally friendly way.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
