Two major tourist spots in the area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco El Grande, which has works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower and is the second oldest in the city. In addition, every Sunday the neighborhood becomes a key point for locals and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro flea market.

Apartment:
This bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and thanks to its location inside the property you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. The accommodation also has a beautiful private terrace that can be enjoyed with the family at any time of the day and that gives much more comfort and enjoyment to your stay in Madrid.
The apartment has three bedrooms with a double bed each and two complete bathrooms with shower. The bright living room, which in turn integrates the dining room for six people, has a comfortable sofa, television and direct access to the private terrace.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable experience, with high-end appliances such as a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven.

The building has an access ramp to the portal and concierge and then access without steps to the apartment.
It has WiFi connection, air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
