Villa Verdant is a splendid property located in the town of Ruoni, at the gates of the Costa Smeralda and a short distance from the village of Santa Teresa di Gallura. The villa can be reached along a comfortable paved path that leads to a very spacious area where there are covered parking spaces. Externally, the villa has a large, well-kept green space where there is a charming and clear swimming pool designed for cooling off and having fun in company. The villa has been designed to enjoy many moments outdoors thanks to the numerous external verandas arranged along the entire front perimeter. Here, in fact, there is a large wooden table for having meals outdoors and a comfortable living area facing the pool.

- In case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Internally, villa Verdant has the typical features and traits of the Sardinian style. This simple and elegant style is in fact based on the abundant use of wood, present in the lintels and exposed beams of the ceilings as well as in the furnishing elements, and on the white of the walls which together create a harmonious contrast that gives the structure a sensation of hospitality. These elements are present in the kitchen area where there is a refined built-in corner kitchen and a table. The living area, on the other hand, overlooks the large garden and the swimming pool directly, and is made up of two comfortable sofa beds, a TV and a fireplace. This area is characterized by a strong luminosity due to the large French windows which represent the main access to the villa. The sleeping area instead consists of three spacious double bedrooms, all overlooking the pool area, plus an annex room reachable from the villa exterior. In the annex you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The annex room plus three of the other bedrooms have air conditioning.

N.B: In the property there is a non-usable fireplace.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
