This ground floor three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated in the quiet beach front complex in La Noria, San Luis de Sabanillas.
The apartment has lounge, flat screen tv with international channels, free Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
There are 3 bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom and a further two twins sharing another bathroom.
There is a large covered terrace with direct access from the lounge.
The property is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 100 m from the supermarket, 200 m from the town
There is communal swimming pool that is open during the summer months (seasonal only, July & August every day, Early June and late September, weekends only ), clients are also able to use the swimming pool in the adjacent block so benefit from 2 pools
There is private parking underneath the apartment with access to apartment via a lift.
Direct access on to the sandy beach and a short walk into the Sabanillas with a wide range of restaurants to choose from. A truly fantastic location for all ages to enjoy. Car hire not essential here as you have everything within walking distance and buses running in either direction.
