Menai bridge with its excellent restaurants and shops is only 4.4 miles away. From the Menai bridge across the magnificent Telford Bridge where you will find the university town of Bangor and its beautiful cathedral . The Snowdonia National Park is easily accessible from Llanddaniel and is a paradise for the lovers of the outdoors. Llanfair PG, abbreviated from one of the longest place names in the world, is just three miles away with a small selection of charming amenities and an old railway station worth a look.
